Viên Giác Temple SRE Training 2024 Registration
Sunday 20th October 2024
10:00am-3:00pm
(Morning/afternoon tea with vegetarian lunch included)
Cost: $95.00
You are warmly invited to participate in our annual SRE training workshop in October 2024.
The purpose of the training is to refresh your skills and knowledge (if you have taught
before), or to prepare you to teach Buddhism- Special Religious Education (SRE) in a
primary school environment for the first time.
Training will include:
- In-person interactive training workshop at Viên Giác Temple, Cabramatta
- Some follow-up activities to consolidate your learning after the workshop
Each participant receives a Certificate of Attendance on completion of the workshop. You
will also continue to receive support and develop as part of a supportive SRE volunteer
instructor team of Viên Giác Temple Cabramatta.

Một buổi học Phật pháp do sư cô An Thiện của chùa Viên giác đứng lớp tại một trường tiểu học.

Chùa Viên giác ở Cabramatta là chùa Việt Nam duy nhất trong năm ngôi chùa được chính phủ tiểu bang cấp phép dạy Phật pháp cho trẻ tại NSW. Từ số học sinh khiêm tốn, nay chùa đã giảng dạy cho gần 900 em học sinh tại 5 trường tiểu học vùng Fairfield và mong muốn được gieo hạt giống 'an lạc' xa hơn... (Xem tiếp tại đây)
